 <description>&lt;p&gt;The recent downturn in the economy has led King County Fire District 45 (the District) to return $1,295,000 of unspent bond money to its taxpayers. The original bond of $4.2 million was passed in 2000 for the purpose of building two new fire stations. &lt;p&gt; Jeannie is a busy woman. She has teenage grand kids, loves to sew, and spends quite a bit of her time traveling.
