Sat. Jun. 12, 10:26p.m. Duvall, VALLEY / BROADWAY, Criminal Driver’s License Viol, A driver was seen driving the wrong way on a one way street. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, who is known to police, tried to get out and walk away. He was contacted and detained. He was summarily arrested for suspended driving and 2 outstanding felony warrants. He was also issued an infraction
Sat. Jun. 12, 4:26p.m. Duvall, VALLEY / MAIN, Suspicious Circumstance, A man selling fire wood was contacted. The passenger was seen with drug paraphernalia and briefly detained. The driver was detained for physical control suspicions. All were released and the owner and proprietor of the wood selling operation was told to get a business permit from the city.
Sat. Jun. 12, 11:23a.m. Duvall, 28000 block of NE 144 ST, Busn/ Permet Lic Violation, Resident called to complain about door-todoor salesperson. The person and her boss worked for a marketing firm selling coupons for a local food chain. They were told they needed a city permit and agreed to cease their peddling until which time they obtained one.
Fri. Jun. 11, 2:05a.m. Duvall, 26500 block of NE ALLEN CT, Warrant felony, Sgt was performing foot patrol and two male subjects ran from Sgt. after located one of the subjects, officers located the other male subject who had a felony warrant.
Thu. Jun. 10, 10:53p.m. Duvall, NE 150 ST / 280 AVE NE, Domestic Disturb/Verbal DV, Sgt contacted male walking up the street with no shoes on. Male stated he left his residence due to an argument with his mother. Officers transported male subject back to his residence and spoke with the mother. Mother stated she had an argument with the male and he got mad and left. Male was then left with his mother.
Wed. Jun. 9, 10:42p.m. Duvall, 15700 block of MAIN ST, Noise Complaint - Adult Party, Officer dispatched to adult prom, hosted by one of the local watering holes. The complaint was that the music was too loud, 80’s music was blaring from the business when the Officer arrived. The business owner was told to turn down the music and keep the door closed. The prom idea seemed to be a hit with customers.
