Mon. Aug. 23, 6:38a.m. Duvall - West, 14000 block of MAIN ST NE, Civil Matter, Officer dispatched to a gas theft at Safeway. Officer arrived and it turned out the gas attendant did not charge the persons credit card for gas only a pack of cigarettes. Due to the fact the attendant did not charge the person for the gas when he gave the attendant a credit card they would call the person back and ask him for the crdit card again for the fuel charge.

Sun. Aug. 8, 2:52a.m. Carnation Patrol, 200 block of / NE 124 ST, Agency Assist - Criminal, Officers dispatched to a rolling dv on sr 203. Officers canvassed area but were unable to locate vehicle in question. Dispatch later advised the female caller made it home and kcso would be handling the investigation.

Sun. Aug. 22, 1:32a.m. Duvall PD, Carnation Patrol, TOLT AVE / ENTWISTLE ST, DUI Alcohol or Drugs, Officers contacted male subjects outside of a residence. Officers told male subjects to keep the noise down and they said they would.

Sat. Aug. 21, 9:48a.m. Duvall - West, 28000 block of NE 142, Civil Matter, Officer was dispatched to a dvverbal in duvall. Officer arrived and found a civil matter being discussed regarding community property. Police informed the involved parties that they would have to proceed through the proper channels to get the differences resolved.

Sat. Aug. 21, 3:35a.m. Duvall - West, 12400 block of SR 203, Warrant Local Misd, Officer stopped vehicle for lane travel. Male driver had a warrant and was arrested.

Sat. Aug. 21, 2:07a.m. Duvall - West, NE 146 ST / 284 AVE NE, Marijuana - Misd Possession, Young looking male walking down street with open bottle of beer, the male was contacted by Police. It was discovered that the male was of age to have the alcohol, however the male also had marijuana and a pipe in his possession.

Fri. Aug. 20, 8:35p.m. Duvall - West, 26200 block of NE STEPHENS ST, Suspicious Circumstance, Officers were called to a suspicious male in the park bumping into people. Officer contacted male subject and gave him a ride near his residence. male subject was extremely intoxicated.

Fri. Aug. 30, 5:50p.m. Duvall PD, Carnation Patrol, 4900 block of 326 AVE NE, Mal Misch / Vandalism - Misd, Officer dispatched to a court order violation. Caller reported she came home and found her house rummaged through and items were missing. Caller believed it was her separated husband who is not supposed to be at the residence per court order. Upon arrival, officer found a court order violation did not occur but someone did enter the residence without permission. Investigation is ongoing.

Thu. Aug. 19, 2:38p.m. Carnation, 4400 block of McKinley Ave, Robbery, Firearm, Residential, An individual with a medical marijuana license was robbed at gun point at his residence.

Thu. Aug. 19, 2:09p.m., Duvall-West, NE Stella St / Main, Criminal Driver’s License Viol, Officer stopped a vehicle for a broken windshield and subsequently arrested the driver for having a suspended license.

Wed. Aug 18, 11:38p.m., Duvall- West, 26700 block of NE Miller St, Noise Complaint - Other, Officers were dispatched to a noise complaint at a habitual residence. Officers arrived and were pleased to not hear blaring music but only voices. Unfortunately, the voices were carrying a long distance. It was clear both parties were intoxicated and discussing a serious topic. The rear sliding door was sclosed and Officers cleared.
