- CITY OF CARNATION - May 12, 2011 Subject: Notice of Application for File #SSD11- 0001 and SPR11-0001 for construction of two industrial buildings with a total of 6,582 square feet of floor area located at 31208 NE 40th Street in Carnation (PIN 162507-9079) This Notice of Application for the above file was submitted to the City of Carnation by J + S Masonry for an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and Site Development Review to construct two buildings for industrial use on an existing industrial site. The first building will consist of 2,958 square feet and the second building will be an open wall structure consisting of 3,624 square feet. Appeals of the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit may be made to the State Shorelines Hearings Board in Lacey, Washington. Appeals of the Site Development Review may be made to the Hearing Examiner and would be an Open Record appeal. This application will be reviewed for compliance with the City of Carnation Municipal Code (CMC), the City of Carnation Design and Construction Standards, the City of Carnation Shoreline Management Program and the City of Carnation Comprehensive Plan.
